Common questions
How do I connect my social media accounts?+
From your letspost.it dashboard, go to Connections → Add channel. We support Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and more. Each platform redirects you through its own OAuth flow — we never see or store your social account password.
How do I schedule my first post?+
From the dashboard, click New post, write your content, attach media, pick the channels, and choose Schedule. You can also create a post via WhatsApp or any MCP-compatible AI assistant — just say what you want to publish and when.
How do I delete my account and data?+
You can request account deletion at any time. From the dashboard: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email support@letspost.it from the address on your account. We permanently remove your account record, drafts, scheduled posts, OAuth tokens, and analytics within 30 days. Backups are purged on a standard 30-day rotation.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — letspost.it has a free tier that covers the core integration, drafts, and a limited number of scheduled posts per month. Paid plans unlock higher limits, additional connected accounts, and team approval workflows.
Where do I report a security issue?+
Email security@letspost.it with details. We respond within 24 hours and credit reporters in our changelog (with your permission).
Where can I see service status?+
Real-time incident updates and scheduled maintenance live on our status page. For real-time issues, email support@letspost.it and we will confirm whether it is a known incident.
